POSITION AVAILABLE

TITLE: Management Consultant

DUTIES: Contribute to and lead internal company development initiatives related to complex construction projects. Perform complex analysis of business operations and procedures and recommend and implement procedures for the firm to operate more efficiently and effectively. Assess existing strategic planning by analyzing business processes, technology, communication flows and project cycle times, and identify risks and areas of improvement. Identify process variability and advise the Management how to standardize and streamline processes in order to meet construction project deadlines. Analyze and improve engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities. Explain and review analysis/findings with Senior Management, assess existing problems with appropriate project scope and decompose problem to identify root causes. Work on a wide range of project work including strategy and operations improvement projects, across a number of functional areas, including operations performance improvement, cost reduction, supply chain enhancements, sourcing, organizational restructuring, and process/technology integration. Gather and review system requirements, translate general functional requirements into a technical design, analyze operational data, construct management level reports, and analyze open issues.

HOURS: 9:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.; Monday – Friday; 40 hours per week

REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of experience in the job or as Project Manager or Construction Manager
